Choctaw Nation is Hiring a Laundry attendant Near Hugo, OK
Part Time Pay : $13.50 Schedule : 1st Shift
Available Schedules :
- Friday-Monday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (Off Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday)
- Sunday & Monday, Thursday & Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm (Off Tuesday, Wednesday, & Saturday)
Weekly Earned Wage Access is an option for this position
Job Purpose or Objective(s) : As the laundry attendant, you will maintain a constant supply of clean linens for the hotel.
You will report to the Laundry Facilities Manager or Director.
Primary Tasks :
- You will sort soiled laundry.
- Wash, dry, and fold laundry.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment including Chicago Iron, CBW and Towel Folder.
- You will separate torn, stained and unusable laundry for inspection.
- Monitor equipment and report any safety, noise, or breakage issues.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Work with different cleaning agents, tools, and equipment
- Complete training on bloodborne pathogens and perform required bloodborne pathogens procedures
- Work flexible hours including weekends
- Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push or pull heavy loads, and stand for long periods of time
